Exercise in disguise in Buxton, Derbyshire. I’m sure for some of you the thought of going to the gym will fill you with dread. In Buxton we have several dance classes available. As I’m writing this ‘We Love to Boogie’ by T. Rex has just come on the radio, very apt!
Restart a Heart Day 2016
The 16th October 2016 is the offical date for the Restart a Heart Day 2016 with the 18th October seeing most of the activity. The focus this year is on teaching as many children as possible to be able to do CPR.

Combined ILS and PILS course for Sedationists
The Standards for Sedation were updated in December 2015 and various aspects were clarified. One of these was around what Life support training the team require. In the FAQs point 16 details what level of life support training is required and I’ve copied this for you below:-
