Online CPR training for Dental and GP practices
As we’ve gone into a further lockdown I have some customers who have postponed their training previously but are now in a position where they do need to update, therefore I’m now offering online CPR training.
In order to meet their needs I’m offering training online if the space within the practice doesn’t allow for sufficient distancing. I’ve been doing some sessions completely online and for others we’ve used a blended approach. With the blended approach I’ve delivered the theory via Zoom in the practice; then the team have been able to undertake the practical CPR training in small groups.
This blended approach is enabling us to distance from each other and for me to keep the participants distanced from each other too. It’s certainly been a learning curve! Each time I’m evaluating the session and reviewing ready for next time. The feedback has been very appreciative that I’m working hard to keep us all safe.
This also means that the training I’m offering is like your normal training but delivered via Zoom. For me that’s been preferable than developing an e-learning course. There are many adaptations to make due to Covid and resuscitation; this process allows you to have your training and ask your questions. You can also then be assured that the course is always under review in order to remain up to date.
