Merry Christmas from Orchard Training Services
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
This year I’ve chosen Millie’s Trust as my charity. Those of you who I’ve trained recently will be aware of them as I’ve been publicising their campaign and their work. Dan & Joanne started the charity after the tragic loss of their daughter Millie, who died at nursery from choking. They are campaigning for a law change for the First Aid training that nursery staff need. They also provide first aid training for nurseries and families. They really are doing a great job. Joanne won Woman of the Year for her hard work and dedication too. They’re now expecting a baby next year which as well as being a beautiful thing is hard for them too. Please support them by signing their petition, writing to your MP or making a donation, you can do all of this on their website Millie’s Trust.
