I hope you all have had a good summer and are enjoying the weather this week. I have a busy month ahead with ALS, the Resuscitation Council’s annual Scientific Symposium and courses.
First Aid at Work Course
In the middle of September I will be undertaking the First Aid at Work instructors’ course. This will mean that I will then be able to provide all HSE first aid courses. The HSE are soon to stop approving providers of First Aid at Work and no provider will be able to advertise as such. The onus will be on businesses to ensure that their provider is reputable and suitably qualified. One way to do this is to use a provider who is affiliated with an approving organisation such as the Association of First Aiders. This is who I plan to work with so you can be ensured that I have the correct training and qualifications to provide this for you.
