First Aid Advice for James Bond
I was raised on a diet of James Bond so after seeing Spectre this week I thought I’d use this week’s blog to offer him some first aid advice! Including landing on hard surfaces, hand injuries, life threatening limb injuries and giving aspirin.
How to put someone in the recovery position
The recovery position is an easy way to be able to put someone on their side if you’re on your own. There are a few stages to it but it’s not difficult. This is the description from the Resuscitation Council from the new guidelines published on the 15th October 2015
New Resuscitation Guidelines 2015
The new Resuscitation Guidelines were released on the 15th October 2015. As I suspected the basics haven’t changed but there has been some further fine tuning and slight changes in terminology.
CPR for children

Either because new research has been published or because a mother has been asked to stop feeding or to cover up. This year the focus of the World Breastfeeding Week is combining feeding and working. I thought I would share some of my experiences.

Blogging for Business
A year ago I attended the ‘Blogging for Business’ workshop with the eBusiness club. I wrote a blog afterwards sharing my highlights. What I’ve noticed is the positive impact it has on my website visits. Blogging has doubled the visits to my site, not just through visits to my blog but overall.
